5km & 10km Running Clinic

This 10 week clinic is for new to experienced runners. We will prepare you to run either 5kms or 10kms in time for the Canadian Tire YMCA Road Race on Sunday, June 4. You will participate in a group environment with experienced run leaders to help you with your journey.

New You!

Are you stuck at an exercise plateau? Do you need help to kick start your behaviour change to reach your health and fitness goals? During the New You program, you will try new forms of strength training and group fitness classes, all while having fun and being in a supportive environment. Learn about the stages of behaviour change, how to set SMART goals and become an expert at nutrition food labels, while becoming a New You!

Restorative Yoga

Gentle yoga poses prompt deep breathing, deep cleansing and rejuvenation. Reclining and sitting poses will be emphasized, and students will learn how to utilize straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets to access poses without strain. Students with chronic pain, injury or illness will enjoy gentle stretching and a guided relaxation and Pranayama.
