Class Descriptions

Tiny Tumblers (3-5 years)

Hop, skip, tumble and roll.  Through exploring movement skills such as a tuck jump, log roll or bear walk your child will develop balance, coordination and kinesthetic awareness.

Tiny Dancers (3-5 years)

Move, groove, sashay and pirouette. Through exploring different styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, and hip hop your child will develop balance, coordination and motor skills.

Kid Fit (6-9 years)

Kid Fit is a fast paced, super active program for kids on the go! Through relay races, obstacle courses and boot camp style circuits kids will work up a sweat while learning about health and wellness. 

Get Active (6-9 years)

Get Active is a physical education program in which children will develop physical literacy and the movement skills necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.
